As M/s RailTel is having ample prior experience i.r.o M/s CSC. Besides Corporation has availed services of M/s RailTel in last 05 years.
Moreover, M/s Railtel has offered lower cost as compared to M/s CSC and that there wouldn’t be any stabilization issues with RailTel, as migration of data is not required.
In addition to cost saving, there is also a benefit to employees to freely access the e-Office on any device including mobile phone with standard security features, such as 02 factor authentication.
